    lol yeah really. I consider poker as more of a hobby do you get excersise? nope is it good for your body? nope unless you consider picking up those colored chips excersise.

    I think it is.. but I think they need to come up with a different word to describe sports like Chess and Poker.
    Because it does take a lot of strategy and thinking for those kinds of things.
    I give props to those people :]

    thats one of those toss ups. It can be a sport kinda because you do kinda get physical activity but no. because its like doesnt give much physical activity. I dont know. I think its more of a hobby but I am not sure.

    Here's my definition: An activity can be classified as a sport if 1) it can be done competitively and 2) you cannot execute the activity while sitting or laying down. Therefore, bowling and curling yes and poker no.

    That makes golf a sport too. I like that definition
