    Folder question for Windows XP
#1) Is there some kind of limit for pics in a folder or a point where I'll start seeing performance issues when going into said folder, If so how many?

#2) How many GB of vids can fit in a folder without causing problems for myself? If there is a limit that is, I did have problems with folders that were like 6gb before but I haven't gotten those since I defeated a little hellyun of a virus.

    1) no limits but if you see your scroll bar getting thin, it'll definitely cause lag when loading, your CPU will heat up quickly. That's if you are viewing in thumbnails or filmstrip as they have to load a preview of the file. If you are viewing it as a list or tiles or icons, you can probably have 1000s of results without worry.

    2) No limits once again and if you view it as a list, it'll be the same amount of usage as images. The video's don't load when you open the folder, their icons just show up.

There really is no limit to either, the only spatial limit you have is with your hard drive.
