What do you do to stop being edgy and hyped up?
Basically I'm just curious about what people do to wind down to just chill themselves out when they're edgy and agitated and whatnot.
All I do is try to sleep, unless I'm talking to my friends. Then for some reason I don't get enough sleep since I tend to get attached and really talkative with them. That, and I make absolutely no sense when I do talk to them but I hope I can make them laugh when I'm like that. Not sure if it does though or if it's just really irritating. Or even both... dunno, I'm no mind-reader but I'm also afraid to ask them about what it ends up making them feel like or do. Or maybe more like I'm afraid of what the answer(s) might be.
Anyway, what do you do to mellow out?
