mine craft 1.2 news

Hey guys, i decided to give you guys the ltet news on the new mc update sadliy i dont know to much so if you have anything that you KNOW is in 1.2 please say and i will add it.
so far what i know
-ladders back to normal :D
- new jungle biome (possible monkeys in later updates)
-vines are climable if on solid block "why hello jungle parkour map" :)
-now breadable wolfs i dont say cute aot but they make me say it

There is also Mob Spawn Eggs, not sure how you acquire them, but you'll be able to spawn any mob if you have the right egg. I saw a video of someone putt them in a dispenser and setting a pressure plate up for a trap. So you step on the pressure plate and skeletons would pop out of the dispenser and start attacking. Looked pretty neat.

They also allow breeding wolfs now, other than that I think that's all the big changes. I'm ready to make a jungle house type thing though. Can't wait for this to be fully released.

they have spawn eggs now is that for survival now? if it is it might be rare if you kill one it drops an egg

Yeah it'll be for survival. I think currently they have the skins released, but the items don't actually do anything yet, unless you already have the new patch.

Anyone have any idea when this is fully going to be released? I hear about it forever ago and it seems like it's taking forever.

ya i know im o excited i just built masion and blew it up with lava tnt and heli mod and stil ha not come out. :(

Every where I checked said sometime in February, but they're not sure on an exact date. I wish they'd find out, must be a lot of glitches or something..

Ya I think 1.6 to 1.7.3 or what ever was fairly long, or was it a diffrent update?

The update might be in the next week from what I have read.

Top post. Dinnerbone and other Bukkit devs have joined Mojang! To make the server side stuff better. Should also mean quicker releases of Bukkit on Minecraft updates I reckon! Great news!
