Not something I can really get into either, rap is really hard for me to like :P But I'll listen to your tracks as you post them, maybe you'll surprise me.

    Good luck!

Wow. I didn't know that you rap and I'm not much of an expert but maybe you could make the vocals and the instrumental background more coherent. I don't exactly know how to say this and I might be wrong but I think you have to start with a catchy drums & instrumental background and in the vocals you can make use of them, make the two live together. With your track, the vocals could be separated and placed on top of a different instrumental background, because it's not really coherent. But in case of good rap songs that I know, they only live and sound good together.
And you could add some more melodic lines, but it's just my taste.

Thanks for the advice, bare in mind I'm using Audacity, so I'm quite limited as to what I can do with the vocal side of my tracks, if you could recommend any programs that'd be better for recording then I'm all eyes and ears. The track wasn't really a full track, it was just a promotional/shout out sort of thing. I'm going to re-record the whole track this year, and put it in my mixtape.
