    M = Minor, I Think Not!!!
    Do you think it should be a crime to sell or rent M rated games to minors?

    I think so cause the ESRB is supposted to be enforced with any game dealer be it Game Stop or Target. The only way it should be legal is that when a parent is buying it.

    well their intention is to enforce it but they cant do much if gaming stores wont do anything about it, and you cant really put minors to prison for buying those games

    I don't think it's a problem, but there are always people who will abuse being able to by copying it or something.

    They all do that. That's how I get my 18's or I get my sister to get it.

    They block me out unless I have a parent but now I am 17 so I can show my ID and get M rated games. :-P

    My brother was always too lazy to go into the store, so he sent me in to rent games; most of the time they had the M and a bright red sticker that said children couldn't get it, but they never said a word to me about it. I was like 8.
