Tags :: How does it work?

Tags to a thread is pretty self explanatory. It is just a tag that represents the thread and it makes it easier to find in search engines and while searching in the forum itself.

It is simple and it is NOT mandatory. Just an extra features. Thread starters may put in a Max of 5 Tags and others may put in a max of 3 per thread. A thread can have a Max of 15 total tags, just so it doesn't get too Spammy.

Tags are Indexed by our Tags Script within 30 minutes to 2 hours - Depends on when the script is run.

You can also find it by going to Quick Links Drop Down menu and clicking "Tags"

Clicking a Tag will make it appear whichever Thread has that Tag within the last 90 days. It narrows down search and it can make searching easier if done properly.

Like whenever I hit new posts, it says X Tags: (and then the tags). Maybe it's just me.

maybe if you can provide a screenshot of what it looks like - i don't see anywhere it says "X Tags"

screenshots makes it so much easier to understand lol

check now it should just be an image there that looks like a tag lol

and also some parts of this has been updated:

1. Thread starter may put in a max of 5 threads

2. Other users may put in an additional 2 tags each.

3. Threads are allowed to have a total of 15 tags.

In the profiles, there is the same symbol on the right side for what I'm guessing is supposed to be a Plus or Minus thing to retract it.

If you need a picture tell me because I would have to go downstairs. The paint up here fails.

yeah you're gonna need another screenshot - i did this all on my pc to begin with, everything is fine for me and i can't see what you can
