I'm 45% done with Sly Cooper now and working my way through the 3rd guy of the fiendish 5

It's currently -2.5 with a -16 wind chill when the winds reach 7 mph, apparently since I dropped out the state pass a law if the wind chill is expected to go colder than -15 that the school would have no choice but to cancel, this is crazy because I remember in HS when I wore shorts in a -20 degree day....it was one of the dumbest things I have done, it felt like 9000 needles were in being jabbed into each leg, good thing I only got like 10 minutes exposure

I had no idea it was a state law.
Thank goodness or my school would probably still be open, lol.
