Lately I have been just asking her math questions or if we have a test. Idk how to actually approach a girl I am infatuated with.

Like you approach everyone else. Greet them, talk about what they like and its been in my experience that trying to be subtle about a date doesn't work as well as being outright about it. Unless she has a boyfriend...
