    We didn't actually get hit, just really strong winds and some rain. ><
    Strong enough to do a lot of damage though. I don't wanna see the actual hurricane. .___.;

    i know a lot of people in texas and california...and NY of course - Texas with the canes, Cali with the quakes...one blue state, one red state...

    and a week of power sux - the only time i faced a power outage was in the summer of 2004 i think...or 2003, not sure - the whole north east part of north america went dark cuz of the fire in niagara falls or something - no power for nearly 3 days

    i remember i was playing GTA Vice City, i played for like 2 or 3 hours, didn't save the game because i usually do when i get off, and i was in the middle of a mission when it turned off, i thought my TV burned out, then i thought the power strip was messed up lol...then i tried the phone, its electric so it wasn't working - and i didn't have a cell phone back then so my parents were worried and what not - had friends stuck in the subway and in the elevator of my apartment.

    scary scary lol - the New Yorkers were proud that there was minimal looting lol..still pathetic - so we survived a few days, wonder what we'll do at the end of the world
