I think they are planning on adding it later. Needs more balance though cause I throw out 200k damage crits so I would just one or two shot everyone...

Well they pretty much made it so that all your abilities are chosen for you, besides a few random talents which are fairly useless. Even the glyphs are no longer that useful.
