another update is that tomorrow is the last day for mod applications - April 24, 2009 11:59:59 PM EST!
No applications past that point will be accepted. All new mods will be announced on Sunday.
Good luck to everyone that applied - I haven't fully read up on any of the applications yet but I will once the deadline is up.

I'll try to do it by 6 pm - I don't know what my schedule would be like that day but in case I can't announce it on sunday, I might let a current mod handle it (of course I'll let the person know who was chosen)
