This isn't a tutorial site but it has brushes and patterns, basic, but basic can be useful.
Maybe I'll make another thread for brushes.

i would.... if my stupid PC wasnt broke, and my ps3 browser is crap and wouldnt let me send PM. >:( stupid sony cant even make a decent browser. Ima make my own sig. maybe. (hopefuly that was on topic, idk)

Good idea. I added resources. . Which site did you say had brushes and patterns? You never said the url for the site. Unless you did and Im blind. LOL.
Also added html and css tutorials.

i cant wait till i get my PC so i can start making sigs. and tags, looks so fun. (omg there alot of chicks on this forum)
