I know the feeling. I tested mine a work over the summer and was getting 1200-1400 mb/s download. The NICs were gig ports.... The math does not compute.

I wish I could afford to live where I work. I would need to win the lottery to afford to even rent a place in Downtown Manhattan.

Holy crap
I don't know how anyone could live there! I pay $875 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apt. and it's damn near too much!
