I have somthing to add on....
I was just messing around and I thought, I wonder if I can give myself some rep :D. So I went and clicked on the rep bar in one of my posts... and you can see how much rep points you have and how many Reps you got for one post.

yeah thats to prevent cheating lol :D and the amount of rep you give depends on your rep power so if i give you rep ur points go above 40 each time :D

i figured that out a long time ago when i tried to give myself rep and get close to linux's lol :-P

It was just changed for the theme, i guess i should edit the first post :)
