US Postal does what they want, someone within the govt told them a few yrs ago not to raise postage and how it'd be bad..they went ahead and raised it another .02 cents

that's a really good deal though...you just have to use it a lot. Now would that have free shipping I were to order from a user as well? I mean 49 bucks is like 130 USD..so that's like 20 orders and then your in gaining.
