What is your favorite video game console?

My favorite console is the PS2, actually. I like the fighting games for it, and it, of course, hosts the greatest 3-part game ever, Sly Cooper.

My favourite console is the PS2 of course :D. It's like the only console I own, besides the PS1, and it has all my favourite games that the Xbox or Wii will never get like Final Fantasy and Resident Evil and Silent Hill

but you also have to look at how the xbox and the wii has games the PS2 or even the PS3 cant ever get their hands on :) there is always a positive and negative to everything (well almost) :)

Yeah I guess you are right there, I mean Sony will never get there hands on Halo, I mean I haven't played Halo all that much, But i know I liked it, lol. Oh and the Xbox has Dino Crisis 3 which is an xbox only release. I was bummed out when I found out about Dino Crisis 3 being xbox only :(

well nintendo has the Wii Sports - i doubt sony will get into motion sensors like that anytime soon, same with xbox - they have Mario and Pokemon and etc lol. They are rollin another way. like i said - every system or company has their advantages and disadvantages over the others. its how business life works.

Yeah. But doesn't the ps3 controller have functions like the wii remote? i think i read it somewhere, i'm not all that interested in the playstation 3 because i know i can't afford it for about 2 to 3 years, Lol.

yea they have sensors like left and right but u cant use it to slash and etc like the wiimote lol - and they have a good name too WiiMote :D

My fav is currently the PS3 just because its way better graphics than my last fav the ps2 . Im pretty sure im only going to buy 1 console this gen sure I'll miss out on some games but I can handle missing the latest Mario rehash or whatever ninty throws out or Halo 3 or Gears of War or the sequel or Mass Effect and whatever game they throw at the consumer. The Ps2 had the widest selection of games of any of the 3 so you wouldnt get with a genre dominating system , the same thing is happening with the Ps3 so I'll be more than happy to get my fix on with whatever genre I feal like buying for that particular week or month.

Yeah the Wiimote is a great name, lol. I saw the PS3 and thought that the motion controller, like you said, that it would be very good for racing games, especially when Gran Turismo 5 comes out, awww cant wait to play GT5, going to be sweet!! lol
