yea that seems to be their regular internet but you seem to have the upgraded one, that explains the 20+mbps download speeds - their regular gives 12mbps

still 2mbps faster than mine and I pay stupid $50/month - tf time warner lol

I'm gonna send a "letter" to cox to come to NY lol - thats super cheap, i could use 2 mbps extra and save $35 at the same time.

I decided to try this out because it's not my connection so I have no idea how good it is really..
