Where I work backs onto a load of farmers fields, and there was some kind of animal making a lot of noise. Sounded like it was in pain :/

My problem is I can't fkn breath when I run. I think you are either born a runner, or not... and I am def not lol I can run for 2 weeks straight- every single day, and still not be able to breath after the second week. It's like my lungs and heart don't understand that Im giving them a cardio workout and it's supposed to get EASIER, not stay the same!! >_< Ill just stick to DDR, pilates and hiking :P

Honestly, I actually feel crappy when I dont do anything active. Like when I spend a week eating bad and sitting on my ass I feel so much worse then when I watch what I eat and get some physical activity in. No idea when that changed because I used to be a little fat kid that only ate crappy and say muh arese :P

Luckily my metabolism is through the roof. I have to eat twice as much as an average person. So I'm super thin

My metabolisms not SO bad... I think my issue is alcohol lol If I didnt drink it so often, Id probably be able to eat a lot worse xD

Now I also feel that a bit, before I could not step out of the house for days more than just getting the mail and such. And now I almost walk a mile(10 kilometers) per day. However I eat a LOT of crap, like cookies, ice cream and so on. No matter what I do i will preobably always do that. lol

Hahaha, me too! I do eat healthy, but I also can’t stay away from junk food….. Just a matter of instead of eating junk food ALL day like I used to, I try to limit myself to one bad thing a day :)

Horribly delicious! Was unlike another Ive had before. Buffalo sauce isntead of pizza, no chicken, mozzarella cheese, and covered in tortilla chips and ranch dressing. Was amazing :O

omg i missed you guy... even thoguh i didnt go anywhere... anyways on the note of eating i made and eat a whole batch of brownies in 1 day (i make brownies what of it... LIKE A BOSS) i can eat like crazy and play cod all day for ever and not gain anything. i hope i stay that way. because the winters suck for my activity i used to play hockey but stopped now i go to the gym every tuesday but still i dont do much untill summer Warrior Dash | Home read up this i what im doing in the summer guys.
