    I like the colors a lot, man - however, the border really needs to be changed for a darker BG forum - and the text for the wording doesn't fit the piece, me thinks.

    I won't bother changing anything though as it was ment for a white BG forum.. and the text....
    Well I think I'll leave that there haha

    EDIT :: Actually I might make some changes to the border and text lol..

    I was going to add a bit more brightness to it, because it looks abit darker on photoshop..

    The way I do it..

    New Layer > Select all > Edit>Stroke >3px black
    2px white
    1px black
    Then merge all 3 layers and set the resulting layer to overlay
