ya they'll defiantly have to figure out how to stop bone mass loss, as for muscle they could just exercise like a ton of hours..except that would take valuable time away from doing important stuff like exploring.

gravity - the more gravity you have the better your bones AND muscles will be - exercise helps but it is a waste of time for astronauts that have better things to do up there.
