You could add Everquest 2, City of heroes/City of villains, and Planet Side.
They are all pay to play

I know many of you will disagree but the best online RPG is Runescape to be honest. It still sucks but it is a large game and doesnt need a download (last time i checked)
I don't go on it but i used to and i enjoyed it for a while but I think most of us have....
So if you are looking for a pretty good RPG that is online i would chose runescape
