Listening through Cynic's new album (the songs were actually recorded several years ago) 'The Portal Tapes.' It's not a bad album, but personally I really don't like it.

edit: haha synge i didn't even see your post when I was listening to cynic. I've been meaning to listen to that album. I loved Carbon-based ananatomy, but i feel like the portal tapes won't be as good as that. I really want a -new- full album, I wanna see where they go after CBA. I also want them to make a 20-ish minute prog epic.

Carbon-Based Anatomy is awesome; Box Up My Bones is one of the best songs they've ever written.
And a new full-length album would be amazing, of course.
