JV16 registry cleaner is one of the best cleaner. Only problem is that it is no longer freeware. There are free version available but not working with 64bit win7.

aw, I went to this post too late, I was about to say somethin but Shixx already said it...
anyway, ccleaner is the one I use, its good so far.

CCleaner has limitations and it is not performing heuristic search of keys as they call it. But can clear lot of junk.

Ccleaner is one of my favorites, whenever I clean viruses off of people's PC's I usually run Ccleaner. Not to mention I also use it on my own machine...
-
Uhh I use CCleaner it works pretty well cleans everything so ya.

I don't know mate which one you need. Free or Not free.
Well I'm using Tune Up Utilities 2010.
It's the best so far.
It's got registry cleaner, registry defragement, and many more features.

The RegCure registry cleaner is good for your Windows Vista. It can keep your computer running efficiently and smoothly. It can remove unused temporary files and browsing history. It will help you avoid errors and further computer problems. However, if you are not fully convinced that this registry cleaner is good for your computer, you can download its free trial version to see for yourself. When you are satisfied with the free trial, then you may purchase the full version.

I use Eusing Reg Cleaner :) and their De-Frag too.

CCleaner is by far my favourite. Doesn't half do the job! As I've said in this thread (I think...) I have it to run on start-up and it's just subtle and gets the job done!
-
yeah i have to agree, thats a realy good feature on ccleaner is the start up clean.

I use Uniblue Power Suite it Isn't free but It keeps my PC running like a dream.
RegistryBooster repairs or removes harmful registry entries to optimize your PC.
SpeedUpMyPC tweaks and manages your computer for extra speed.
DriverScanner updates your outdated drivers to improve hardware function.
I would't be without it.

Ccleaner is definitely my favorite. Plus a buddy of mine made a program named computer decrapifier for me :p

SuperAntiSpyware for me is excellent. I use it for general maintence and it removes things that malwarebytes doesnt
