Windows or Mac?

Whats better guys Windows Or Mac.. i say windows!

not really about which is "better" because each one of them has features the other couldnt dream of, more like which is your favorite lol

macs are great cuz there are barely any viruses for the system, u can do a lot of things even without a firewall, and windows, you can run a ton of programs you can never run with mac

I have to say Mac cause its nearly unhackable, they have updates on there software all the time and it offers great things that incorparate other technology.

why isn't linux up there?

Anything but windows, so mac.

Windows is better because even though you can do stuff on MAC without having firewalls and protection. Whats the point because you cant do anything on MACS. cant even play games or download programs and extract them properly.

MACS FAIL!!!!
they aren't the perfect software that never crashes or gets infected or any of the stuff that's thrown around so often.
they just have a bit more protection than windows, but they barely do anything.
as for linuxes............(no offense to Linux)

Because you can't do s*** on macs. They cost a s***load more. They are a computer for computer-stupid people.
If you want to avoid viruses, don't be an idiot. I've had this computer for 4-5 years and it has only been infected by one virus, and that was because my brother downloaded some stupid file.
Macs make the computing world cry in shame and disgust.

Windows by far. but for a strong pc use mac

I dunno, I am gonna have to say if you want a good computer, get a gaming computer, and install windows on it. if you're thinking business, I guess a mac.
I'm not a tech geek. I don't know how this stuff works, I just know that it works, and I like to play games on it.

I personally haven't used a mac so I voted for windows.

ONE-AND-A-HALF YEAR OLD THREAD BUMP

I personally (and somewhat surprisingly) vote for windows. I have a Mac because I use several professional applications that are bound to the OS, but give my vote to windows because of my quams with Apple's freaking proprietary hardware. I believe either OS gets work done just as well, although Mac happens to have the pro audio apps I use and Windows has all the games.

However, Apple's proprietary hardware allows them to monopolize part of the market and sell their computers at a price mark higher than the devil swindles in a day. I'm planning on making my next computer a Hackintosh.

I never used a mac at all.. so... Windows?

A Mac is better but very expensive compared to Windows.

I'd say windows, I stick to what I'm used to. Mac is an entirely different OS and I couldn't be as tricky with it as I am with Windows. ^_^
