Best Mario Games

I want to see what you guys think if your wondering I picked Super Mario 64

i said super mario 64 too, i remember that game

i used to play one on my game boy but forgot the name - it was Mario SOMETHING

im gonna see if i can find the game again, it's REALLY old

I haven't played Galaxy, and Sunshine wasn't really as good as I was expecting. So, I'd say 64 that game was fun

I always failed epically at super Mario 64.
The Super Mario bros 1 and 3 are the only one's i'm good at.

Super Mario 64 was definitely one of my all time favorite Mario games, but I chose New! Super Mario Bros, because the original 2-D platforming kept me playing for hours...and then I beat it the next day...I was kinda pissed, but it was fun!

I've only played 2 of them, but i can't remember the names of one of them.

I've owned all of them except Galaxy

I played most of them up there, but I say 64 was my favorite. I mean, a huge game, and it had a secret spot (the Roof :D)

I absolutely LOVED Mario 64.
I miss my N64 :]

well i know its new and the other games are cool too but thats the only one I have played i didnt have a gameboy and I didnt have a nintendo 64

i liked super mario 64 it was the best.

I voted for Mario Galaxy. I think it's better than 64 because of the outfits.

Mario64 is in my mind, HIGHLY overrated. The reason I think it was as big as it was is due to the fact that it was the first time the world got to see mario in 3d. I still think Mario 1 and 3 are the best marios made.... but thats just me

I choose New Super Mario Bros. It's the only Mario Game I have owned.

You should try Galaxy, maybe you will actually like it.

Yea, Because that game was like traveling worlds, I remember it, but I don't know the name. It was on the GB, not the GBC

Super Mario World is by the best I've owned..I seriously need to buy a working SNES and another copy and replay it.

Heh I remember playing super maro 64 and having so much fun with it.

mario 2 is the best

DS version owns. THE NEW WII VERSION (shown on e3) LOOKS LIKE AWSOMENESS!!

I gotta say that I loved 1 & 3 as well as Super Mario World for the SNES. I did however choose Mario 64 because at that time it was so friggin revolutionary with its 3D graphics and awesomeness that I couldn't help myself. Good ol N64 days.... plenty of Goldeneye and Mario....

lmao mario 2 wasn't even a mario game....just some flop japanese game that was polished with mario characters.

Super mario n64 is the only one i can remember playing. i first played it about 3 months ago.... though i'm damned sure i played one ages and ages ago. but i can't remember which one it was or even what platform it was on... So, by process of elimination - i think super mario n64 is the best

I said Super Mario World, I LOVE Super Mario 64, but SMW brings back so many more memories for me, not to mention the fun speed running xD

Super Mario World. First Mario game I played. Love 64 almost as much, but SMW just clinches it for it's humour(castle-destroying cut-scenes), and blue Yoshi. :)

Mario in general is just awesome.

anyways, i would have to say Super Mario World (super mario advance 2)

i havent really played any other mario games though (sunshine and luigis mansion)

mario 64 rocks except i can never get up the stairs where that dragon dude is laughing

lol cause you didnt get all the stars you need, the stairs never end unless you have them..... i beat it twice.... i picked Super Mario Bros. though cause its classic fun.

Super Mario Bros. is my favorite. Have it for my Gameboy advance and psp. It's the only one I can beat within like 2 or 3 hours lol.

I know it is not all a Mario game but I like smash bros for came cube.

you have to collect enough stars, then the stairs will end, lol alot of people have that problem

I liked that one.

It's a tough choice between Super Mario 3, world and 64. All great in there own way..went with Super Mario 3.

I want to try that new Mario game
the Mario and Browser's inside story for DS something like that
but it actually looks good

i think the first mario is the best, its a classic

then the mario for N64 was awesome

This is the game that changed it all. The changing of mario to the third dimension.

Super Mario 64 is def. the best!!! It's still a classic and you can never get bored any day playing it. SM64 ftw!

Paper mario and the thousand year door but it was not there

I really like super mario world for the SNES.
But then again, I like Super mario 64 better because it was 3-d and challenging at times...

I'm curious the age of the people who vote Mario 64 vs Mario 3.

I grew up in the 80's and voted Mario 3.

Super Mario 64 is so good, that I don't need to explain why I chose it :P

yeah, I would have put Mario RPG, but it was not a choice. and that's actually 3D (third person fixed) and was before Mario 64.

Mario 64 was what I voted for, but there are a lot of good Mario games not listed. I did defiantly love the paper Mario games. I played galaxy but Mario 64 was still better IMHO.
