Vote for GF's New Default Theme

Over the past few weeks I have installed and customized three new themes to the forum. Well just two, but one of them has been further customized to make it a completely separate theme.

You can vote to keep the old Red & Silver as a default or vote in a new one.

Here are your choices:

1. GF Dark (Yellow/Green Version)
2. GF Dark Blue (Blue links)
3. Blue World
4. Red & Silver

I would advise to choose a new default theme because it will give a newer perspective for new users and old ones who have not seen the threads about the new themes. And also Red & Silver is about 2 years outdated so all the forum features may not work properly such as Notifications in the Welcome Box and other miscellaneous items.

Please Note: Once a new Default theme is Implemented, it will change EVERYONE's default theme no matter what you have selected now. If you do not like it, you will have to change it back manually. If you want, you can just post on here later and I will manually change it for you. But once a new default theme is selected, it'll be changed for everyone, just a warning.

Vote away! Poll ends June 30th and New Default them will be implemented July 1st.

I am using the GF dark blue at the moment. Everything is fine about it except you can't really see what form has a new post or thread. I simply just use the unread post button at the top so it doesn't bother me much

Red and Silver.
Screams "default" compared to the other ones.

i can see that fine, its kinda brighter if there is a new post so i am not sure

i might change it up for you later and add a glow to it or something to make it more noticeable - thanks for letting me know, wasn't aware of that situation because i havent had any problems

your screen may be a bit dark, the Yellow/Green version is the same and i can see it fine

it does glow, so im going to see if i can make it glow a bit more for those with dark screens lol, cuz my server's screen is super dark, about 12 year old monitor

Red and Silver, while it's old, I think it fits the forum the best.

I like the Dark GF with green/yellow. I'm not completely used to it yet but it just seems to fit.

well its a tie so far lol, seems no one is going for Blue World, would be fun and interesting if 2 people comes and votes for that making it a 4 way tie

Dark GF with the green, meh favorite. I just love the way it looks!

I voted the Dark GF yellow/green.
It's definitely my favorite, and I think it would give GF a facelift.

I may have to see why everyone likes the green/yellow so much.

As soon as the Dark Blue came up I used it. Then the poll came after and I liked the blue so I picked it. I like the blue better still so its fine = )

All about the dark blue baby!

I voted for Dark GF Blue, but I haven't really tried the other 2 besides the red one, so my mind might change soon; for now, it's that one.

Well the Dark GF Green is winning and only 11 people voted so far

Only a couple weeks ago.
It was a little bit after the 3.7 upgrade.

I voted for the blue world theme :) i like it but I also like the green/yellow one.

congratz on being the first to vote for Blue World and the 600 posts lol

blue world was added before both version of Dark GF and I expected it to get more votes lol

but hey, it doesn't mean the non-winning Themes get deleted lol - hope no one thinks that

I think the Dark GF is more professional looking than Blue World.
Which reminds me, I need to fix the logo. lol.

yeah it does look more professional ( dark layout ) but I love how the blue world is set up and wait ruki did you win the logo contest thing?

i went with blue world, it looks clean and good :D and i love blue

lol why would anyone get rid of the new dark ones

this is just to select the global default theme, meaning all new members will see the new theme instead of red & silver anymore but they'll still be able to pick any theme they want for their own personal viewing

Looks like Dark GF Green has it :]

Dark GF Green just won it by 5 votes over Dark GF Blue

right after midnight (if i remember) the Default Theme will be changed to Dark GF Green. If you like red & silver or any of the other ones you are free to select your own from the bottom left drop down box or by going to your User CP and changing it.

If you have anything other than the "Default Style" selected, you will not have to change your theme back. This Change will only affect people that has selected "Default Style" instead of a particular Forum Theme.

good to see that you changed it because i switched mine to forum default lol and it was this :D good job and im glad this theme won

yup, it was changed to the default lol, some people said it was too dark, they probably have older monitors lol but i dont know

anyone else find the theme too dark?

When I\'m a guest I see the new theme. But once I\'ve logged in it goes back to the old theme. How do I change it to the new theme?.

scroll down to the bottom left of the forum, you should see a drop down box - just change it there

or go to USERCP and change your settings
