ROSE Online Screenshots

I have mentioned the game ROSE Online before on this forum. ROSE stands for Rush On Seven Episodes. It isn't everybody's favorite game but it is one of mine. I started playing this game the beginning years of my high school career. I was one of the Beta Testers for the game known as iRose which was International Rose.

They went P2P or Pay to Play Almost 3 years ago I believe and I because I didn't have a job and my career as a webmaster was not at its high point, I was not able to afford to play the game. It was $14 per month if I am not mistaken.

On July 29th 2008, ROSE Online went Free To Play. I found out just over a week ago and I gave it a go again. I have maybe 10 hours of total play the past week, a lot for me lol, but most of it came the two days before i started calss.

I gave up on Online games, they get me addicting and I lose track of school.

i was sooo addicted to this game back in high school lol, used to play 12-15 hours a day lol, super addicted

but i grew up now, i know how to manage my time, i ration my hours of play, so its good now :) in weekends i probably play 3 hrs or so a day , on weekdays i either don't play or at max 2 hours on days i dont have any work
played like a half an hour today, goal was to get the screenshots lol, i finished most of my homework, thought i'd take some time to take some screenies

lol, love the first image you posted shread :D i remember that day too...most likely a weekend lol, here are a few of my updated screenshots, i now have a level 65 hawker

here is me in my car, yes you can get a car, it more than doubled my speed and great for getting to places. You can't attack from your car until you reach level 100 and then you have to buy addons which isn't too bad.

this is a fairy right behind me, this was my 4th one and they are randomly given to users, they boost your attack power, attack speed, defense, movement speed, and basically every other stats by a huge deal, great because it helps you level much faster than ever before because you can kill more in less time

So this game is like silkroad I'm guessing? There are basically 3 different kinds of MMORPG's. One you level by your self ( Guild Wars ) You level in groups ( World of Warcraft ) You level a lot of different skills. ( Runescape) Which one does this fall under?

all of them

you can level by yourself - you can party with others like shread shows and level together and you can level your skills

for every level, you get 1 skill point, you can choose to upgrade the skills whether they are offensive, self buffs, etc...

they also have stat points where you can use to raise your strength, dexterity, intelligence, etc..

I downloaded this like a month ago I still haven't played it though.

I guess I'm download it and give it a go, Which server are you play it on Linux?

leonis is the only North American server they have, I'm on channel 1 whenever I play - not on all the time though, wish i could play this game until i am bored of it lol...cuz back in high school i was addicted. not so much now cuz responsibilities pull me away

So you mean Linux they have more Europe server than North America.

yeah thats it, and yeah i know they broke it up a lot - before it used to be international rose - i used to play with people from korea and Philippines and Japan and Europeans before lol..then they broke it up to North America, Japan, Asia has their own version :(

think i may try it out :)

hmmmm.... interesting.... btw guys i just got back from my bands Illinois Tour. And im saying that ill be active UNTILL we go into Missouri. Anyways INteresting just a little too cartooney for me...

yea i'll say it is, its fun especially when you play with friends, and like 90% of the time im playing with a friend lol, keeps it exciting and stuff :D

I'm trying to get one of my characters ready for PvP - wanna own some people in clan wars or something lol

thye graphics look kiddish but graphics arent everything :-P might try this out during thanksgiving break or something lol

I don't actually cared so much about the grapical, it's the gameplay itself that make the game good. . :D

screenshots looks good and i think i remember something about this, but it rings a bell

Hmm.. I'm prefer to play on the private server
