Rate Your Gaming Skills

This is just to show how you see yourself as a gamer. 0 being a bad gamer, means takes you long to get used to a game and then you end up not liking the game, 9-10 is a great gamer, meaning that you are up for any challenge and like to play any sort of games..

I'll vote for myself as a 9-10 because i have played almost everytime of game and i can beat any game easily after a while. What about you?

I put myself as 5-6 because usually I can beat the owner at a game after a couple of tries :D

I'd vote myself about a 6-7 because I don't play that many games unless it really, really interests me (and it takes a lot to interest this guy), and I'm not that confident unless I really feel that I should be, so, that's about all.

i am a great gamer but not that great lol, i voted 7-8, that fits me best :P

I voted 9-10 because I can beat most games I play in a short amount of time, and am pretty good on most of the games I have played

i voted 7-8. I'm not AMAZING at games. But i can hold my own once i get used to it ;d

Yeah, same here, I'd vote 7-8 for myself...Not the greatest gaming player..but once I'm in..I'm in :).

I voted 9-10 because I played games from almost every genre. I usually play on the hardest difficulty unless the game is INSANELY difficult.

7-8 myself too :) im a great gamer but i wouldnt say an excellent gamer anymore, i've been losing some skills because of school lol

Personally I think that anyone that rates themselves as 9 - 10 is too stuck up their own ar*e :P No one is that good of a gamer that they could rate themselves perfect 10. As no one can fully complete a game without some sort of aid as game companies make it that way and frankly if you can you have way too much free time :P

You can be good at a game but you can guarentee that there is also someone else better so therefore your not the best. Anyway I voted 7-8 as I play most games and get used to them quickly and able to hold my own.

Well when I used to play a lot of games i used to have a lot of free time lol, its only recently i dont have much time but back then i was able to beat almost every game i played

the only game i had a really hard time beating was DBZ Budokai 3 at the end, Omega Shenron at the hardest difficulty level, Z3 i think, i havent played in a while dont remember, but it took me about a month before i beat him, because i had to keep powering up goku for it lol :) but it was still beaten

True, but no one here said they were the best, they just rate their skills high. You can't really judge anyone on here unless you actually see their skills in person. I mean I have beaten high ranked players in Socom 2 online, as well as Socom 3, so yes, there is always a person better than you, and that is the way it will always be.

hex is right, there is always someone better at you, but i would like to meet the guy thats the best of the best lol

I'm going to tell the truth, I'm about 3-4. I would be better, but I don't play any Sony or Microsoft games at all.

My skill is diffrent, because i am a multigaming player.in CnC iam pG but in AoE2 TC also a good player with some hard days where i hit every guy ;) then iam a middle gamer in EE,RoN and in cs 1.6 iam low+ it will be some years age middle+.hmm day of defeat i am a noob^^ i camping only xD so i will say i am a good player like 8.

id say 9-10 on grounds of up for playing anything. ive been playing games since i started walking really first ever game was thomas the tank engine on commodore 64 lol. skill wise i couldnt say really.

I would say 5-6 , im not terible. but im good but not great . The reason why I dont rate myself higher is even though I have played games since i was like 5 I havent beaten many , like 10 total over 13 years of gaming which includes 100's of games .

If it were 3yrs ago I'd probably go with 9-10, back then I had way too much free time, ignored school work and just sat around drinking and playing games all day lol

I set several records for the NGC and even submitted them to the NGC mag, but they never seemed to publish them, quite annoying really because some of my records were valid for at least 6months, I don't know if they got messed up in the post or something but my best achievement was TimeSplitters 2, the "Behead the Undead" challenge where you sit in a room with a shotgun and just shoot away lol

Kept buying the NGC mag just to see my record but never came :(

As for PC gaming, I was quite highly ranked in Unreal Tournament (Deathmatch, Assault and Capture the flag), top 25 in UK for C&C Red Alert 2 and before I gave up pretty much all of my gaming I starting getting highly ranked in CS: Source

What I'd give to be 16 again lol

btw I think I still have footage of the Behead the Undead, I'd have to convert it from VHS though, but if anyones interested I'd be glad to do it, think it ran for about 1hr 30mins lol

Im reppt decent when it comes to the games I enjoy...

I'll have to select 7-8 aswell, Single Player games I can beat pretty easy but when I join the MultiPlayer at first I'll suck but then get awesome. Which reminds me, I might go play CS:S On my friend's account hehe... I really need to get that game.. after DoD:S of course ^^

Actually, I'd say I'm much better now. I doubted my abilities; I'm going to changed my answer to 7-8.

9-10 I have 73 Ps2 games and I now have 22 Xbox360 Games :D and I also have 26 PC games :D:D:D Man, I have no life :)

How much you have doesn't show how good your skills are, it's how well you play, what pc games have ya got? :)

I got RPG and shooting games like Half-Life and Age of Empires pc games, and belive me I am awesome at every single game I own, all completed

Not a big deal when you start playing online since everyone is awesome there, trust me, I completed FEAR, I went online and straight away I got slaughtered. Now I slaughter people.

The only online game I have played is Delta Force 2 and a little be on Delta Force 1 :D oh and Runescape if that counts :P

7/8 for me too. Because I am good at the games I like. But I have a MASSIVE List of games I Have played and just disn't like. I am a very fussy gamer lol

I rate myself 7-8 'cause I can finish most games.

Might as well say 7-8 because i dont want to be greedy but at F.E.A.R im defo a 9-10

i rated me 5-6 because im not a game freak but i play alot.

im 7-8 if the game is cod or super mario or a r:eek1:racing game

Personally i feel that i am not so good at gaming coz its almost an art and one got to be very patient to play a complete game which i completely lack.. Lol shorter games are made for me which i can turn off whenever i feel like and in the lengthier games after giving so much never get the time to finish it coz mom on my head to finish my home assignment and even have to run for work:twitcy: so short is sweeet

I would like to vote for 9-10 finish the game easily. I'm have been playing Final Fantasy so my Gaming skills is really high. :)

lol even if you have been playing easy games like final fantasy it doesnt mean you have high gaming skills :p your just good in that area

Well im not a gamer that plays all day unfortunetly i play only 2-3 games a week cus off my job. My job is reviwing games... Playing all new games... So im realy sick of games lol

im probly a 7/8. im just getting back into gaming.. i can beat most games i play but sometimes i lose interest.

I'd say I'm about a 5 or 6.
I'm a good gamer, but I like to stick to the genre's I like.
I don't venture too far from them.

i generally try to stick to genres i like too, but here and there i experiment - if i never did that, i never would have gotten into strategy games or rpgs cuz i was all into fighting, sports, and racing games back in the day

road rash + mortal kombat = awesome back then

Well I'd still go with an 8. I'm brilliant at racing games, good at shooters and rubbish at sports games.

I'm ok, but I can hold my own in games. Especially Madden, I can kill any of my friends.

yeah i meant overall gaming skills but i didn't expect people to say they are good or bad based on the GF arcade lol, it could be just that, everyone else isn't as good at that game. but in the end, the person is only evaluating himself/herself whichever way they want to do it.

i thought i voted here lol, looks so familiar, i think im a 7 or an 8, i am good at times and bad at others :-P

I say I am a 8. I good at most RPG and FPS games. Racing games, I'm alright at.... not the best. Sport games.... I can only play Maddan.

I said about 7-8. I have several friends that can beat me in many games such as Super Smash Bros. Brawl and games like that, but I can literally OWN single-player games :P

8. Not incredible, but when I put my mind to it I can do well at pretty much any game.

I sorta suck at games. Usually I save a lot and die a lot....I almost always play on normal (sometimes i switch to easy though)...but i can play 2 game series on hard. The Silent Hill series and the Metal Gear Solid series.

But I definitely don't suck at gaming.

I think everyone have different traits when it comes to play videogames.Some fare poorly in RPG but are grandmasters in racing.So don't be disheartened if you don't play well in a game,you are prob better in another genre :)
