Yea, I tried out a D3 monk but didn't play it for very long. Was sort of boring :/

Yeah, it was very repetitive especially if you did start playing other characters too. There were certain differences especially as you moved up to the higher difficulties but like you said, it became boring and more of a grind it seemed like.
