Minecraft mobs won't attack

I'm sure that those who have played noticed, but for a few days now the mobs in minecraft haven't been attacking in our server. This includes creepers exploding, and both skeletons and zombies not attacking. Just giving a heads up

I changed something and rebooted, let me know if it fixed the issue or if it's still there.

do you also have the problem that the endermen are taking apart your buildings, I were just walking around when I noticed a hole in the wall and an enderman walking away with the stoneblock. They have done it several times and its annoying.

No problem.

It was the stopmob plugin, I have no idea how to configure it or what works so I just removed it for now.
