Xbox very slow

I have the original xbox 360 and i ran great til i was playing GTA IV and i kept getting host booted meaning my xbox froze due to being flooded with packets. After being frozen like 10 times my xbox has slowed to a CRAWl. It takes 20 seconds til i can hear anyone when i join a party and like 2 minutes for a game to load. Has my xbox slowed down due to being frozen by modders so much or is it another problem? and YES i HAVE trying clearing the system cache and DIDNT DO A THING.

its vented and cleaned the slow started after modders froze my xbox

So it happened after you were playing GTA 4? Try removing those game files from your xbox and see what that does. Back them up first :p
