Team Fortress

I have seen my housemate play the game called "Team Fortress." It seemed like an intense online multiplayer game, and it intrigued me. This goes out to anyone who has the game. Is the game any good and worth buying?

Team Fortress is a good game, but I'd suggest you get number 2. A lot more people play, and it's really fun also.

TF2 is one of the few Steam games that I haven't played...kinda sad lol

I was thinking of getting TF2, anyways. I just thought it followed TF1, so I thought it might have been wise to get TF1 first.

I never cared to try it simply because of the cheesy kiddie graphics. Other than the skins and the layouts - it's just like CS:S though.

graphics aren't everything. I still like CS 1.6 - almost a decade old, bad graphics compared to the games out today, and it's still fun.

Exactly, graphics aren't everything. And if they are "kiddie" graphics, then still, obviously this game wasn't meant for kids with all the blowing up and stuff. It's a creative new take on the FPS genre.

I agree. It is a creative approach to FPS games.

Prolly the one games on steam that I log the most hours to (TF2), lol for some reason it never gets old. Its worth it for sure, great time killer and really fun to play with friends.
