My brother was angry at me once (can't remember why) so he started putting half-burnt logs on my bed and getting the coals everywhere. I live in an old house, so the locks are on the outside. I shut my door while he was in there, locked it, and went to get my parents. They caught him just outside the door... he broke it to get out. I would recommend punching a tree (even though it didn't do anything to you); it will get rid of your anger a little... and probably hurt you, but at least it will be less expensive than breaking a door.

I've had those days. those are the days not to talk to linux, at least not in any negative way

My issues mainly revolve around my back hurting. When it is killing me I'll kill you !

I took my anger out on the garbage can. The wheel broke and I snapped starting kicking it...Felt awesome but then my neighbor looked at me really weird so I waved and went back inside. It's funny how when one thing goes wrong it's a cascading waterfall in your face. If your not a little mental sometimes then you are lying to yourself.

Haha, I like to take my anger out on doors and/or anything else that moves and is an inanimate object.

I know exactly how you feel. There are days that I am so frustrated that I just want the whole world to know by taking it out on other people, but what holds me back is that I do not want to be a jerk. However, if I know that no matter what I say or do will not affect my relationship with someone, I am not afraid to vent on someone. I know that it is horrible.
