I would have to say Master Chief. Batman is pretty good but MC is a spartan and I don't think Batman's technology can stand up to him.

Look at the main foes each has. I would have to say that the flood and covenant are much bigger then anything Batman ever faced.

I think the joker could beat Master Chief. Joker could beat batman too if the movies and cartoons weren't rigged to make batman win.

But I'm not a huge fan of either - less exp with MC than Batman.

I'd say masterchief because batman is too much of a wimp to kill anyone so MC would just rocketlauncher his face and be all "I AM WINNER"

Also I just don't like batman.
