Default Cops chase a guy and catch him where it all started

This happened earlier today and I only had my phone to catch this so sorry for the video and audio quality, I know it's crap compared to other similar videos.

When I was walking down the street I saw two cops talking this guy in front of a store then out of no where when the cops started writing something (perhaps a ticket because he works at that store), he runs like hell into a restaurant which has a back door out of the place. He escapes the first time around. Then he comes back around the block and goes into this other store and purchases a new green t-shirt to fool the cops, that's where I begin recording. But again, he escaped from the cops somehow. I'm not sure if that store has a back door but I wouldn't be surprised.

Then a few minutes later, a few cops in plain clothes goes into the store he initially ran from and he walks right into their hands. They cuff him and more cops cop in and take him in. In the process he yells at a few bystanders and tells the cops to be careful with him.

I have no idea why he ran, I tried speaking to the owner of the store who is also his boss but he said he doesn't know anything. But whatever he was in trouble with before just got worse because he resisted arrest and that's a crime in itself.

    Here is the video:

I don't think he even did anything serious. As I said in the post above, he works there. So most likely he went back to finish his shift. But still...I wonder if the employer will let him keep his job.

I mean, even if you still had a shift, if the cops found you and chased you down, wouldnt you go lay low somewhere?

lol...yeah, on his way he probably yelled to his boss "hey boss going on my lunch break, be back in 30"

I found out that he was arrested before for selling pirated movies. Could have been the case again but I doubt any cops would talk to me about it.

More of a misdemeanor because no violence was used against the officers, or any physical force, he just ran. And when the undercover cops arrested him, he gave in pretty easily without a fight.

They'll probably add that to his sentence but it probably won't add more than a few months at max.

If it was violence, then it's a different story. That I believe can be pushed up to a felony depending on the judge.
