No where near. *sigh*

anyways... considering the massive amount of time I sank into the first one, I will probably pick this up as well. But this time I really want to go hardcore GvG. I did a lot of RA, TA, AB, HB, and some HA. But the GvG was impossible to get into because you had to be part of a really good guild and I was never to good about being on at the time times for skirmishes.

Also, the massive amount of games I have to try and play might get in the way. There is just so much to do and so little time... =P

The abbreviations are the pvp types:

GvG = Guild vs. Guild (objective based, 8 man team guild hall battles)
RA = Random Arena (random 4 man team vs)
TA = Team Arena (Not so random teams)
AB = alliance battles (massive domination pvp games)
HB = Hero Battles (you and 3 npc heros you can equip and give orders to)
HA = Heros assent (unlocked by winning ten TA games in a row, 8 man team death matches)

I would like to point of these all have a variety of maps, compared to the somewhat limited PVP of WOW.

I was doing some re-vamping to this post, and forgot to mention something for all of you who play Guild Wars (if you don't already know):

Hall of Monuments | Guild Wars 2

If you fill up your Hall of Monuments (in the Eye of the North expansion), you can get items in Guild Wars 2. Use the link above to see how much you have unlocked! :3 You can get some pretty nifty things. You don't have to do everything - do as much as you like; it shows you what you will receive if you type in the name of one of your characters (it's account-based) and you can see if there's anything you might want to make your way towards.

Also, you will still be able to achieve these even after GW2 is already out.

When GW2 comes out, I won't be comparing it to WoW, because it's stupid when people compare every single MMO game that comes out, to it. WoW is in it's own league, and always will be, in my opinion.

It's exactly the same as the fact you can't compare any tactical shooter to Call of Duty, in the FPS genre, when it is released, which happens a lot.

GW2 ftw in it's own category, and I will enjoy it
