Who likes gundam?

I know its kinda random, but Im a huge gundam fan. Anyways super hyped because I think I will receive my ez8 gundam in the mail soon (each model being about $50 and having 400-500 peices that need to be assembled, 1/100 scale), so he can fight my custom gouf, frozen forever on my shelf to represent this specific fight from the series (very awesome fight scene):

its like 30 or so years in the future from the very first series mobile suit gundam, war is still raging etc etc.

I almost got into this... the handful of episodes I did see I enjoyed... but I sticked to being a DBZ dork during those prime years

I watched all of 0079 (missed the 08th MS team though), 0080, 0083, and 0092. I always liked that branch the best. My friends tried to get me to watch other ones. The pilots were always "nooooooooooooooooo I killed a man how can i live with myself?!" though. It got really annoying, really fast.

Every day in elementary school, when I got home, I would watch Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and Gundam Wing. :P

What's unicorn all about? I watched the first episode or first 2 something like that, was it just like a short 2 eps OVA?
