Hardest I ever played was zelda ocarina of time when I was a child.

Hardest game i've ever played is either God of War or Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne. God of War I feel is rather cheap at times, and i'm not that great at it so it gets on my nerves. Nocturne, on the other hand, is really hard, as are most Atlus games. The second legitimate boss took me far too long to beat.

Edit: Okay, I've gotten better at God of War. I still think a few sections are really cheap, however.

Believe it or not: Sonic The Hedgehog in Sega when I was young. I couldn't save the game, and if I died at least 3 times, bye bye game! Pratically, never get to the end ='(
