    The reason it has similar controls to that of the Resident Evil series is because some people from the team who made Resident Evil joined up to make a game similar to the likes of Resident Evil. I've played Silent Hill 1 but not this one, I might check it out now, good review mate. Keep up the good work

    I feel like the control style is classic survival horror. It might be a bit clunky, but it doesn't feel like survival horror with smoother controls

    I totally agree man, regardless of the controls being clunky, you easily get used to it after a while, and its sort of a signature way of playing this sort of game.
