    Default Medal of Honor

With this being the latest of a long running series, I was sort of disappointed in the latest installment of Medal of Honor, but anyways, here you go...Medal of Honor!
This Medal of Honor wasn't all that bad, though in my eyes, I just saw it as a cheaper version of Call of Duty Modern Warfare. The mechanics are very similar, just a few nuances, but with much worse graphics. If you are a physics/graphic Nazi, then this game is not for you. The knifing effect is horrible, textures aren't the greatest, just all around not the best graphics.

For the story, I struggles the whole way through, until the very end, when you realize the story pretty much did not matter. The story isn't very detailed, and very choppy and confusing. They place you some where in the Middle East, supposedly Afghanistan, with people you hardly get to really now, fighting for some unknown reason. Though they did do a good job describing the persons you played as. You actually play as three different people, two being in the special forces, then one being in the Army. they did a good job describing the two in the Special Forces, Deuce and Rabbit, but not the one in the Army, Specialist Dante Adams.

In the campaign though, they did through in those few extra little things that helped. They give you a slide option, like to slide into cover. They also brought back the lean and shoot option. These two things made the campaign a little better, ever with them being little things, it always helps.

The online, from what I have played, is actually pretty decent. It seemed to be a simpler version of the online of CoD Modern Warfare, making it slightly more fun and giving you less to worry about, you just play. You can upgrade weapons and such, but for the most part, there are three classes, Sniper, Specialist and a Soldier class. You select from those, and them you play. Pretty decent in my mind.

All in all, this game was ok. I would have liked to see something a little better, seeing how the last few were. The Medal of Honor series has had its ups and downs, and I would have to say that this one is somewhere in the middle. The story, not the best, characters, not the best, levels seemed repetitive. The only thing that really saved this game was the online. There is also a new kind of game mode where you play against others to get through campaign levels as fast as you can with the most points, this is available on and off line.

    To the scores
Graphics: 5/10, not very good, scenery is good at points.

Story: 4/10, very unclear throughout the story.

Sound: 3/10, in and out of game it was hard to make out what people were saying.

Online: 8/10: Decent, simple, fun. Enough said.

Overall: 5/10, Okay game, bot the best FPS. I'd much rather stick to the traditional CoD, or Halo.

    Sinceraly,
    Flab-Ender

Also, for those interested, here are what real Medals of Honor look like.
