Exclamation 8.9 Magnitude Earthquake hits Japan

    Holy crap

8.9 Magnitude earthquake hit Japan today, with tsunami like waves sweeping through the country, carrying cars, boats and other debris, some of it ablaze.

Most countries touching the pacific basin can expect tsunamis in roughly 7 hours, that goes for North Coast of New Zealand (feel so bad for them, especially after the quake..), California and all areas surrounding. The tsunami is said to be taller than most pacific island.. scary stuff.

Death toll and missing persons list is rising, literally by the minute.

The scenes are horrific. I'm watching footage of the waves flooding in, inland, chasing moving cars containing people trying to flee
If I was in one of those cars getting chased by the floods, I'd be ****ting my pants, seeing masses of water, boats and cars crashing towards me.

    I know
I hope the tsunami doesn't hit New Zealand too hard, they've had enough after that quake in Christchurch!

I guess you can expect a lot more to happen around this time, the earth is going nuts. I predict volcanoes and more quakes.
This is basically how the world we know it will end, it won't blow up after something colliding with us, it will just be mother nature's destruction. The human race will have to start from scratch again!

Mother nature is a mystery situations like this there will never be a way to deal with it which is sad.

But if anyone is worried about getting hit by a tsunami wave here is a list of est times.

Nothing for New Zealand? I thought there was meant to be a tsunami hitting in roughly 6 hours on the north coast?

No idea, they have a new threat out Japan declared a Nuclear Emergency cooling fans are failing so if they overheat might have a melt down and ya... that stuff could come over to the US and screw with us.

    Me too
Kenya has now been put on the tsunami warning list now.
Tsunami is due to hit the west coast of America within the next hour and 30 minutes.
Hawaii tsunami close - coast line water has receded significantly, it's only a matter of time. Further out the water goes, the bigger the wave

Some guy was in Hawaii, on the coast, on the phone to CNN International, and he said there are lots of people still on the island, heading for the highest ground, but he said there were two people on the beach "observing" things! CRAZY!
