Nice, my pc will handle it but I doubt that I will be able to play it on high.

Those requirements aren't as high as some other games that have come out (are coming out).

Dual core should be enough. And even if you look at the GPU and RAM requirements for recommended settings, it's lower than a lot of other games that have come out recently.

Even though it's lower, there's no way that that recommended hardware setup would run the game on it's highest quality settings... After about 'normal' quality, the game starts to eat your hardware.
Basically, I build custom PCs. Just PM or Skype me for more info. I do custom water cooling, SLI, Crossfire, AMD, Intel, anything really. Enthusiast to HTPC I'll build it. Anywho, if you're interested, get in contact with me so that we can make your build happen.

    I have a 4x3.2 GHz pentium Quad
    4GB DDR2 ram at 800mhz (slow as ****)
    geforce 560GTX Ti 1GB

I can run at my native resolution 1280x1024 with everything on and full except for VSync and Ubersampling (that **** is best for crossfire/sli anyway) at a round 20-30 fps.
