    its happened to me before, but you cant exit out of it, each version is different but you should restart your pc in safe mode (with networking) and browse the net for a solution. I would in the mean time download malware bytes to remove the virus and do a system restore to at least 1 month in advance to be on the safe side......or you could just stay away from said "fishy-smelling websites"
