Default Xbox discs cracking in the center?

Is anyone seeing Xbox game discs with center cracks? Are the discs too thin in the center? Do you insert or remove the disc from the case with too much force? Did Microsoft do this on purpose to sell more games?

They shouldn't crack, it sounds like you are mishandling them in the case. Seeing as the 360 itself doesn't have anything where the middle hole of the disc is used. It could be from to much force.

    Default Still seeing cracks

Since we remove scratches from compact discs, we see lots of discs...many Xbox discs compared to PS and Wii. The Black Ops games come in quite often with cracks in the center...either starting or too far into the data. Perhaps MS needs to source a better case design as the center tab is cracking the discs.

im going to say 90% plus of all cracked games come from mishandling.
