I used to skate a lot when I was younger. Getting back into it now because I found a skate park after the old one was tore down. I can do most of the grinds in this video but I still hate stairs. Ramps are much better for easy recovery vs bustin your nuts.

I have been getting in much better shape to, once I can do backflips and stuff again I will post a vid.

Not sure if the sports section fits perfectly, but since they have an xgames for this I figured it works.
