Well this is really for people with websites that pay attention to traffic sources

do you get a lot of traffic from google? if so, how much per month or so?

well to answer my own question - this forum gets from 1200-2000 hits from google per month, highest for any search engine - about 5x-6x more than yahoo

1200-2000 hits from google per month :/ thats alot rofl.. although are most of those bots or something :/ lol ojk im guessing sinse its got the word game and forum in it everyone will find it :P

not bots - real visitors lol - google bots visit anywhere from 30,000 to 60,000 times per month on this forum lol, sure it says 1 or 2 googlebots on right now but they alternate and come from different IPs

i was ganna say because isnt there a huge amount of yahoo spider bots and it says theres only a few google :/

yahoo bots are retarded - i used to get thousands of them at the same time, im blocking a lot of them cuz they eat up bandwidth like crazy - i used to get 5x more yahoo bots than google bots but now its more like 2x more googlebots than yahoo bots

msn bots are even more retarded - i get like a dozen visitors from their engine a month lol

lol i know that the bots are needed to update the search engine or w.e but do they have to send so many... im guessing they get alot of money from doing it or summit

none lol - just more members, got over 60 new members this month so i guess thats my prize lol

i wish i got like $0.10 per visitor, i'd be rich by now get my own dedicated server lol

i think there are programs out there that give u a really small amount for hits. But ud be rich in no time with that many hits :P

those programs are for how many hits u provide for other websites - the google ads is one example, when a visitor makes a click and visits the advertiser's site, i make $$ -

but google is bad lol, especially for forums, i get like $0.01-$0.10 per click max - i dont make much money off that at all - i have to use other methods to earn money online
