I know a ton of people who can't grow much. I'm pretty sure its dependent on how much facial hair your grandfather on your mother's side can grow. Blame the elders!

None of the men in my family can grow facial hair haha I told my brother I'd grow a better moustache than him this november.

The same about my family, neither my dad, brother grandpa can have a beard. But you still see when my brother havent shaved himself cause the "beard" is red.
On me if you look closely you can see something resembling a moush and a beard but its like cloaked to the skin. lol
