cool, knowledge of all those subjects are impressive, we have a php coder in here thats really good, i think its thor erik, i dont have any exp in javascrip, php, and css, the other 3 im good, i may ask for ur help on cascading style sheets later, im trying to find some time to learn it now for new sites im working on, i dont always want to use other's css

XHTML was intended as a "smoother" transisiton for the coders betwen HTML and XML, allthough practically xhtml has partially taken over for html, witch was not the intention xD
xhtml is basicly the same as html (<html><head><body> etc.) but it's more strict (i do XHTML strict normally but latley i've used transitional)

btw:
if you need help WE are here to help, i know quite alot XHTML(strict), PHP, CSS(after the new standard, 2.1(only supported by opera web browser)
