    Default Avengers weekend 2 does 100+.. :o

Just wow, for those keeping score. The weekend record for week 2 was 75.6 by Avatar. Avengers also became 12th movie all time to cross 1 billion worldwide and is 11th all time. It crossed The Dark Knight worldwide total already. It's up to 373 over 10 days. Of course this could change a few millions up or down when Mondays official comes out but either way the 10 day record is crushed. 313 was the previous 10 day record. The Dark Knight didn't reach 373 till day 16, Avatar took 20 days. As of the figures now it's 18th all time.

Man that's crazy. I only know one person who didn't like the movie, and one that thought it was good but over hyped. lmao

I know people who saw the movie 2-3 times. I planned on going yesterday but plans changed, hope to go sometime this week if time allows it.

Hunger games did pretty well too it seems (overall). I haven't seen that one either.

Yeah Hunger Games had the 4th best OW and should hit 400 million as well. This year could see 4 400 million films, which is insane. The Dark Knight Rises and The Hobbit are pretty favorable to hit 400 million as well. I also have not seen The Hunger Games.

There have been two movies this year that I'll end up buying the dvd/bluray as soon as it comes out, and that's The Avengers and Cabin in the Woods, both Joss Whedon films.. both amazing.
